As Managing Partner at Hjort & Frøik, I work at the intersection of human insight and strategic organisational understanding. I help leaders and organisations create change that both works for the business and can be lived in practice.

I have many years of experience in business and leadership development, culture and organisational change, strategic organisation and talent, as well as the psychosocial work environment and well-being. My work is always grounded in the specific organisational reality and in the interplay between strategy, structure, people, and culture.

My professional background is broad and includes education in biochemistry, psychotherapy (Gestalt therapy), social and personality psychology, as well as a Master’s degree in Ethics and Values in Organisations from Aarhus University. This combination provides me with a strong analytical foundation and a deep understanding of the human dynamics that shape leadership and working life.

I am known for quickly identifying patterns, tensions, and potential within organisations – even where challenges are not yet clearly visible. With an analytical, reflective, and practice-oriented approach, I help organisations create clarity, strengthen decision-making capacity, and embed sustainable solutions that extend beyond individual projects.

Som Senior Partner i Hjort & Frøik arbejder jeg med ledelse, forretningsudvikling, strategisk organisering, rekruttering og implementering af teknologiske løsninger. Jeg bidrager med stærk forretningsmæssig og teknisk forståelse samt solid erfaring med at omsætte strategi til praksis.

I am trained as an engineer and have many years of leadership experience from the IT and telecommunications industry, where, in roles such as General Manager, Sales Director, and Project Director, I have been responsible for developing and leading complex business areas and major strategic projects within international organisations.

A defining feature of my approach is the ability to quickly gain overview in complex challenges and translate strategic ambitions into concrete, workable solutions. I have a sharp eye for how organisational design, technology, and processes need to interact to create real value – and for how new solutions can be adapted to the organisation’s reality so that they are actually adopted.

I help organisations move safely from decision to implementation, with a focus on structure, progress, and practical applicability.
